E38 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the e38 platform via our website or mobile app, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and e38 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that have been made.
The e38 platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by their local laws from participating in online betting activities. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the e38 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being terminated.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. e38 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their account comply with these terms and all applicable laws. Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the e38 platform are processed in MYR (RM). Deposits can be made via a range of local payment methods supported by the platform, including online bank transfers and approved eWallets. Minimum and maximum limits per transaction may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require submission of supporting documents for compliance purposes. e38 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or do not comply with our anti-money laundering policy. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take several business days.
Any bonus credits awarded to your account are subject to separate rollover requirements and bonus terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly until the specified wagering requirements have been met. e38 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud in obtaining those bonus credits.
Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or other technological means to access or interact with the e38 platform in an unauthorised manner. Any attempt to exploit system bugs, manipulate game outcomes, or interfere with platform operations may result in immediate account closure and legal action.
E38 Liability Limits
E38 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as network issues, natural disasters, or decisions by regulatory authorities.
The e38 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantee that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Our total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and software on the e38 platform are our exclusive property and are protected by intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from e38.
Account Policies, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
E38 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraud, or carried out any illegal activity. In the event of a suspension, any legitimate funds in your account will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures once the investigation has been completed.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the prevailing payment policy.
Third-Party Links and Services
The e38 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and is subject to the respective third party's terms of service.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
E38 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
